Therapy Services - NYC provides psychological services to No-Fault victims. No-Fault benefits are provided to people injured in motor vehicle accidents, regardless of who's at fault. Payment of medical expenses (including psychiatric services), reimbursement for lost income & future earnings, damage to the vehicle, and more maybe included. Anyone who is injured in a motor vehicle accident, including car, bus, or truck maybe covered by No-Fault.

Thus, victims frequently feel worried, have difficulty sleeping, get anxiety attacks, or don't enjoy fun things anymore. Therapy Services- NYC treats these psychological symptoms in a caring, private, and professional setting. The first thing we do is a thorough evaluation of your psychiatric condition and prepare a detailed report which documents any impairment(s) such as Anxiety, Panic and Depression for your No Fault case. We then provide you with psychotherapy services by a trained professsional who will listen to your problems, help you understand what you are going through, teach you coping skills to reduce your stress/depression/panic, help you sleep beter at night and feel better during the day. These services are paid for by No-Fault insurance.
Frequently, once you've started receiving medical services for your injuries, your insurance carrier will require you to be evaluated by their doctor which is known as an Independent Medical Exam (IME). These IME's often find nothing wrong with the patient and the insurance company will then refuse to pay for any further medical treatment. Therapy Services - NYC, however, ensures their patients receive uninterrupted psychological treatment by arbitrating these cases at their own expense.
